Vowel Teams Mat 5 (e.g., pail, team, boat)

A high-impact small-group, center-station, and intervention resource designed to help students master vowel teams (e.g., pail, team, boat). This learning mat explicitly teaches that two vowels can work together to represent one sound, supporting strong decoding and spelling development.

Using sound boxes, students isolate and map each phoneme, with a focus on vowel teams representing a single vowel sound, strengthening phonemic awareness and orthographic mapping.
